Every morning, I wake up and drink a full glass of water.

With that, I take 2 Abundant Bones, which is sitting right by my bed (if I don’t put the bottle there, I’d never take them). I then walk downstairs and take the rest of my vitamins with a glass of water. This including: 2 Abundant Adrenals, 1 Abundant Sunshine D3 with K2 (vitamin d), and 2 Abundant Omegas (fish oils).

You can get these products 10% off and free shipping at www.tnawc.com/shop!

ganoderma coffee.

Then, I turn the hot water on, and get my cup ready for my instant black coffee.

I pour the black packet in a cup with 1 dropper of stevia, a good splash of almond/coconut milk, and stir it together adding cinnamon! Ganoderma coffee is a little bit different than standard black coffee as it comes from organic Ganoderma lucidum (which is used in Chinese tradition for its immune benefits) and contains powerful antioxidants. I can’t go a morning without it!

If I’m feeling extra tired or hungry, I will add a tablespoon of MCT Oil and 1 scoop of collagen. If I add the MCT oil and collagen, I usually fast in the morning, because I find that fuels me great! MCT Oil is a great source of healthy fat (derived from coconut oil) that contains about 14g of fat per tablespoon. Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body, which also helps our body’s connective tissue, hair, skin, nails, joint, and gut health.

I started taking collagen last fall and have found it has really helped my joints, post-recovery workouts, skin, and overall wellness! The extra protein in the day doesn’t hurt either…

MCT Oil and collagen are both odor-less and taste-less, which makes them so great to add to coffee, drinks, smoothies, salad dressings, soups, oatmeal, baked goods, and more!

Pro Tip: don’t cook with MCT oil in high heat (over 320)!

Gut health is #1, and so many of us are insufficient in Vitamin D.

what a day of eating looks like for me

Always take your multivitamin (Abundant Multi) with food!!!

I love eating (as you’ve seen in previous posts haha) and find these products and foods work really well for me!

Consistency is important, but switching things up is always fun!

When you go out to eat, remember, you are in control and can ask questions and ask them to put dressings on the side or take things out and replace it with healthier options!

First Watch in Williamsburg (they have other locations too) has great breakfast, brunch, and lunch options! They’re open 7am-2:30pm.
