water
Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces every day
I always keep a glass of water nearby me when I’m at work or home. I also add Spectralyte to it throughout the day for its added trace minerals and electrolytes. It’s so beneficial.
Sleep
Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep each night
Going to bed at 10pm is ideal for me, as I can feel a real difference in my day if I don’t get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. Our bodies need sleep to repair itself and our skin is the largest organ of our body.
Diet
Eat your fats and limit your sugar

Exercise
Break a sweat and get your heart rate up!

When I have time each morning, I love getting outside and going for a walk/run! It’s an awesome way to start my day. I also really enjoy lifting weights and pushing myself at the gym. You never regret a workout + that awesome after-glow effect.
Moisturize
Moisturize every day and night
I moisturize with Tate’s lotion as soon as I get out of the shower and try to wash my face daily. Sunlight is crucial for getting our vitamin D, but after 20-30 minutes in the sun, I always apply SPF! Too much sun can cause premature wrinkles.
