Single Serving Banana Pancakes Using Protein Powder
Ever want to do more with your protein powder?
Banana pancakes have been my new favorite thing!
All you need is 7 simple ingredients!
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
Liquid stevia (to taste)
A touch of himalayan sea salt
1-2 tbs. almond milk
Directions
In a blender, crack egg and blend for 1 minute (a well beaten egg helps bring out the fluffiness of the pancake!)
Add banana, protein powder, baking soda, sea salt and stevia to the mix
Add 1-2 tbs. of almond/coconut milk or water until it comes out to a batter-like consistency
Heat a pan on medium-low using 1 tsp. of coconut oil
Pour batter into pan making 1 big pancake
Let sit on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown!

This recipe makes 1 serving. You can double the portions for 2 and make whatever size pancakes you like best!
