Simplicity
When it comes to diet and lifestyle, one thing I've learned is that simplicity is key!
When I look at products at the grocery store, I first look at the ingredients list… The first 3 ingredients is what makes up most of the food and if there's a laundry list of words, I just stop looking! We have to remember, this stuff is being put into our bodies every day and we have to be the ones to educate ourselves.
