My Breakfast Bowls
So I eat this for brunch or lunch all the time and everyone always asks what it is so I thought I’d share my recipe!
It’s versatile, affordable, and so good!
EVERYDAY SALAD BOWL RECIPE
Ingredients:
Handful iceberg lettuce
Handful organic spinach
Cucumber
Roasted broccoli (I get the big frozen bag, works great!)
Roasted carrot
2 soft boiled eggs
Ranch dressing
Directions:
Get a bowl
Throw in your lettuce
Base it with a cut up half cucumber and some nuts and seeds for extra protein
Add roasted veggies (make sure they’re seasoned and salted!)
Add ranch dressing, salsa or whichever seasoning you’d prefer
Mix together well
Top with 2 hard or soft-boiled eggs
Enjoy!
